I’m sure you’ve heard it before: Live in the NOW. That is it. We have learned that things that get more attention, like cars, furniture, flowers, seem to last longer. Our friends Mike & Susan have conducted tests, where they took leaves, put one away somewhere, and had one under their constant attention (not physical care, but prayer and focus) and that one lasted longer. I think they said it was still alive. I have noticed this phenomenon myself. Anyway when that was confirmed with me, I was curious, I wondered how that would apply to everything else we’ve learned about attention and time.

I’ve been reading this awesome book, “The Tao of Now” by Josh Baran. You should definitely check this book out. It is helping me to learn how to live in the Now. It’s not that easy, but when it can be achieved, it is joyful. You can always tell you are not in the now if you’re overwhelmed. People who have grudges (even riteous ones) have terrible health problems. That’s because they dwell in the past. A place that doesn’t exist. That’s right it doesn’t. The future doesn’t either. It’s your imagination of what you think the next now will be.

So anyway I think that the reason people age is because it’s nearly impossible to spend 100% of the time in the now, but if you practice, you would live a lot longer. You know why we can never be exactly in the now? Our minds are only remembering what now is. What I mean is (something we’ve learned through remote viewing) reality is just lots and lots of sensory input. Our mind puts it all together and makes an image that we can understand. It also discards a large percentage of the reality around us.

This whole metaphysics thing has bothered us, because it means it’s a reality “separate” from us. What is really happening, is that WE are separate from reality. Everything is just one whole universe, and we take in what we can of it with our human brain and make up something we can all agree on. So, God and everything is all right around us, most of us are just not tuned in. It’s in the Bible, Jesus said “You search for God through heaven and earth, but you don’t know the one who is right before your eyes, because you don’t know to search into this very moment.”

Well that’s all I can say for now, thanks for listening! Please leave a comment or two!

A Bright Future for Our World http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2009/02/20/a-bright-future-for-our-world/ http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2009/02/20/a-bright-future-for-our-world/#comments Fri, 20 Feb 2009 01:06:07 +0000 Administrator http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2009/02/20/a-bright-future-for-our-world/ I have been thinking about a lot of things, and they all have one thing in common: I love what the future of the world looks like to me! First of all, what about this global warming? No one has looked at the possibility that it could be a good thing!! I have a feeling that all the storms and crazy weather have to do with the actual change, not the way the climate will be when it stabilizes. And I think it will stabilize. We have been focusing on how wet places will become dry and desert like, but there will be dry deserts that will become wetlands! I’ve also read that there is a place in Africa that is going to eventually become a new sea. So really things are just changing around. It will be warmer in general, but right now there is a part of the world that is too cold for us to live comfortably. Instead there will be room for a different part of the world to be too hot to live comfortably, and the part that was too cold, will be comfortable. What’s wrong with that? True, lots of people will have to move. Well that comes down to money matters. We are already learning how to manage our lives in financial crisis, I hope that the predictions are true that we will someday not need money. I think we can all agree that there are a lot of changes happening! And now I want to talk about the changes that are less visible. Another way that I think the general public has it all wrong. We imagine that aliens from another world would be ugly, green, and cold and heartless, and they will come in a flying saucer or some kind of space ship. I say quite contrary! They are already among us, in 100% human flesh and blood. They have come in spirit to be born as human. They have come with love to usher our world to a new level of spiritual awareness. You know that’s what it’s all about, spiritual growth, and knowledge. That is what will lead us to a world of peace. These are a special people, you may or may not have noticed. They are most attractive, gifted, and loving. They are artists, or have some extrordinary talent that is used specifically to better mankind. I could name the ones I recognize. They are what I’ve heard spiritists call Crystal Children. Many are grown now. Some are just babies. But this is the time they come to save our world. They are from a more spiritually advanced world, and you will notice sometimes the only thing they have trouble with is language. Understandable enough, considering the languages of our world may not be complex enough. Or probably they are used to communicating without speech at all! I am sure that to some I may come across as crazy (as usual), but I hope the rest of you will understand exactly what I’m talking about. I know one of these Crystal children have already contacted me in the comments! (and I invite you to write again!) So all in all, I just have the most wonderful image in my mind of our future. I am excited and hope I will still be around to experience it!

Getting ready for Boulder http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2009/02/20/getting-ready-for-boulder/ http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2009/02/20/getting-ready-for-boulder/#comments Fri, 20 Feb 2009 00:33:35 +0000 Administrator http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2009/02/20/getting-ready-for-boulder/ We are going to Boulder, CO this weekend to give a lecture and workshop with the Caritas Spiritist Center (caritasspiritistcenter.org). They say they’ve never seen a workshop like the one we will be giving. This time I’m actually going to be part of it! We will be teaching people the basic protocol for Controlled Remote Viewing, and using this protocol in other parts of our lives. What I’ll be doing specifically is monitoring an RV session with Melvin as we always do, but this time it will be in front of everyone. I’m a little nervous that’s true, but I still think we can do it. What really matters is that they see how we do it, not if we get the target or not. It’s easy to understand if we don’t get the target in that setting. Anyway I’m mostly nervous about being part of a workshop! We are leaving tomorrow morning, Friday the 20th and coming back Monday. Wish us luck!

The Universe Needs Us to Exist! http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2008/10/19/i-learned-something-today-that-changed-my-view-of-everything/ http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2008/10/19/i-learned-something-today-that-changed-my-view-of-everything/#comments Sun, 19 Oct 2008 05:31:58 +0000 Administrator http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2008/10/19/i-learned-something-today-that-changed-my-view-of-everything/ I learned something today that changes everything for me.

It’s about consciousness, and our relationship to the universe, and our world. Everything is subject to our own consciousness. And only that. It’s true that if a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear, it doesn’t make a sound. What comes from that tree is a bunch of waves. We have ears that pick up the waves and we percieve it as a sound. But who knows maybe there are life forms that percieve those same waves as a visual image? What I’m saying is, until we experience it, it is only a bunch of potential. It’s a loose wave form. Only when we look at something is it a solid thing of particles.

The universe needs us, in order to exist! Furthermore, we need brains to experience it. Not to mention bodies containing the five senses.

I have heard that a study showed that if you take an object, like a book, and look away from it, it expands (a very, very minute amount however), then when we look at it, it collapses back to its original shape.

Of the many ways I have been rethinking things, I think it sheds a different light on the neglect of things, and how they age.

So anyway, I have been thinking a lot about this whole particle entanglement thing. More like consciousness entanglement. For instance if you experience a quantum event, or in my own words, a spiritual experience, it affects everything in your life, or in Dr. Morse’s words, it affects your super-neural network. It’s all happening on the inside.

Out there beyond our consciousness is just a lot of potential. Or possibilities. What happens then depends on your state of consciousness. I like to say it’s what you expect, but we don’t always realize what we expect. What we expect is not the same as what we hope for or wish for etc. But often it’s what we fear (a good reason it’s not good for you to worry).

AH HAH! Here’s a fun note to end this on! The wind just now blew our side door open. You bet we were afraid, but it was just the wind! So forget about the fear coming true thing. PLEASE!

I just love how the universe always chimes in at the right moment! Hmm another indicator of the idea that our world depends on our consciousness…

OH and about the Universe being conscious? Of course! Because we are conscious. And, you see, we are all connected, like they always said.

Is there a dark side to the concept of “Remote Field REG?” http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2008/10/18/7/ http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2008/10/18/7/#comments Sat, 18 Oct 2008 03:40:41 +0000 Administrator http://spiritualscientific.com/blog/2008/10/18/7/ Currently we are exploring the concept of “Remote Field REG.” We have assigned a Random Event Generator to someone in New Jersey, from here in Delaware. We want to just see if we could tell if it works like remote viewing, by “assigning” it, the way they assign a number to a particular target they are remote viewing. Honestly the concept is kind of creepy, isn’t it? Well, statistical analysis shows that any major breakthrough in societal technology has had a dark side. The internet is one of them, and the latest, the whole world being so closely connected, topping the charts with the iPhone (I have one by the way, and I wouldn’t give it up for anything), it seems to me this connectedness is what caused the worldwide stock market crash. Everyone simultaneously saying “OH NO! SELL!!” So anyway I leave you to contemplate what kind of dark side could come from assigning a device that measures your electromagnetic field from any distance. Between my husband and I, we’ve had a good laugh about it already. Then ended the good laugh with “To the Lab, My Dear!” and had another good laugh. Maniacal maybe, could we be a little eccentric maybe? Or just have a good sense of humor that was missing in those who fell by the wayside in this field.
Melody the Genius
Anyway, thanks again for taking some time to read my thoughts, and here’s one last thought: I wonder if one day we are all going to open our eyes to something that was always there (we’ll smack our foreheads and say OHHH!!), but will we see something horrible, like dead souls walking among us? Sometimes it feels that way. Some of us seem so alive, and some people just appear to be robots, going to some menial job every day, for some unknown purpose.

Which reminds me just today, I learned that my 15 year old daughter was having a crisis of purpose in life. She said “What if we were just put here on earth for a single purpose, like saving someone’s life or something, and then that’s it?” Well, she’s 15, and not paying too much attention to what we do, but for the first time in years, I was able to engage her in a way I know she didn’t forget 2 seconds afterwards. To make a long story short, I explained the purpose of reincarnation, as what I learned from Allan Kardec’s book “The Gospel According to Spiritism.” Until now, she didn’t have any long term goals, among many other problems I suppose 15 year olds go through.

Your comments are welcome! Thanks.
