This is Dr. Morse's rigorous training regimen for the Polar Bear Plunge, in the arctic waters of the Atlantic Ocean at an undisclosed training facility near Rehoboth Beach!  WARNING!  This regimen is extremely rigorous and dangerous to those who may be out of shape or even in excellent physical condition but not used to sub-zero waters. 

There is still time to give generously to the Special Olympics.  This honors the most vulnerable and often the most loving and wonderful members of our society.  Otherwise they are typically laughed at and are objects of anxiety and fear, as they represent someone we all dread, the loss of the dream of the "perfect child".
